The exhibition ‘Chansons Grises’ was on display at the Mesdag Collection from 16 October 2015 to 27 March 2016.
Designer Peter George d’Angelino Tap drew inspiration from paintings by Mesdag and Van Gogh for a series of creations exploring the fascinating contrast in use of colour displayed in the two artists’ works. In Chansons Grises, the Mesdag Collection presented d’Angelino Tap’s exquisite laid tables, complete with services and table linen.
